I am simply a dedicated shooter who loves the mechanics, speed, and accuracy of firearms. C2 was founded to create a welcoming space for everyday people to learn, improve, and build true confidence without the drill-sergeant intimidation. My Philosophy
It is incredibly common for new shooters to feel intimidated. We are often taught that firearms are inherently dangerous, but the reality is that a firearm is simply a finely-tooled instrument specifically designed for accuracy. It is a lack of training that creates danger.

By focusing heavily on safety fundamentals and mechanics, we remove the fear and replace it with capability. Whether you are stepping onto a range for the first time or looking to refine your everyday carry skills, my goal is to meet you where you are. I firmly believe that the safer the shooting sports become, the more this sport will grow.
My Story
My journey to becoming a firearms instructor didn't start in the military or law enforcement; it started in professional kitchens. For 35 years, I worked as a Chef and restaurateur, owning and operating establishments like Paragon and Cunios Catering in Seattle, as well as Mongos and Cunios in Snohomish. High-end culinary work requires extreme focus, discipline, and precise execution—traits that seamlessly translate to the firing line.

What began as a passionate hobby turned into competitive shooting, where speed, accuracy, and performing under pressure are paramount. Eventually, shooting evolved into a full-time calling. I took those skills and served as the Chief Instructor at Shooting Sport Northwest (SSNW). During my time there, I oversaw rigorous daily training and instilled the strict cleaning and maintenance habits that I still teach to my students today.

Now, I bring that same dedication and extreme focus to C2. Whether we are running custom drills or breaking down a handgun for cleaning, the mission remains the same: I want to make new shooters confident, and confident shooters great.
